Concepts and Vans are sparking up their partnership again this spring for a special 4/20 release of the Vans Old Skool Womens “Jamaica”. Celebrating the unofficial marijuana holiday, Concepts crafts the Vans Old Skool for Sale featuring a vintage print from the country most closely associated with the green herb, Jamaica. The Old Skool is constructed with the print on canvas paneling across the upper with suede in three shades: green, cream, and a more limited friends & family orange.

The Vans Old Skool Mens and Sk8-Hi are built with leather and suede panels, the iconic checkerboard pattern on the medial side, and the distinct red Vans stripe to reflect the retailer’s chief color. Further notes of homage are seen on the lace-tips, which feature “Bascom”, and 25th Anniversary insoles.

Vans is getting ready for festival season with their “Desert Embellish” pack, a new take on trifecta of classic silhouettes. Consisting of a white Vans Old Skool Cheap, a tan Authentic, and a black Slip-On, the pack takes the clean, monochromatic look of each sneaker and blasts it with bright, bold embroidery for a wild pop of color. The Old Skool features roses, birds, and stars while the Authentic offers a Gucci-esque snake, a Joshua tree with a colorful sunset in the background, and cacti. To finish the pack, the Slip-On offers a gradient teal-to-blue sunset graphic with scorpion, star, and moon detailing.
