Compression Moulding Machine Market
Compression Moulding Machines are used to produce to give required shape to the mould. These machines use hydraulically operated press. Press is provided with one moving mould platens and one stationary mould platens. First step is to heat the required amount of moulding material. Then this mould is kept in mould cavity. This mould cavity is designed with required shape. Then pressure is applied for certain amount of time. Due to applied pressure mould acquires required shape. Then the produced component is allowed to cool. Basically there are 3 types of moulding process i.e. compression moulding, transfer moulding and injection moulding.Get more news about

Compression moulding is firstly used to produce composite parts of metal. This compression moulding method is suitable to give shapes to fiberglass and thermoplastics. Compression moulding has several advantages. It is having high production rate. It is having excellent surface finishing and also various types of textures and styling can be given. During the process of compression inserts and embossing can also be done. There is very low wastage of material in this process. Also is maintenance cost is very low. There are no residual stresses in moulded components.
The produced components have better dimensional accuracy. Compression moulding machine finds its applications in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. There are basically two types of compression moulding machines i.e. 2- layer mould and 3-layer mould. The top players of compression moulding machines are PAN STONE, Wabash MPI, ARBURG, Sacmi, Tung Yu Hydraulic Machinery Co., LTD., Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, Freeman Schwabe, J. R. D. Rubber and Plastic Technology Private Limited, French Oil Mill Machinery, Long Chang Mechanical Industrial, Ace Automation and Hydromech Automation.
