It’s hard to believe that Toffoli played a full 82 games in 2019-20, yet finished with 13 goals (and an acceptable-but-likely-frustrating 34 points). His shooting percentage then: 5.8. So far this season, Toffoli’s connected at a ludicrous 25 percent.
Mathieu Perreault assisted on three of Winnipeg’s four goals. That gives him a goal and five points in 11 games.
Counting Saturday, Mrazek has played in four of Carolina's five games. He was 2-1-0 across the first three and didn't face a shot in the Dallas game. Reimer entered for his second appearance of the season.
Los Angeles Kings
Duncan Keith, CHI vs. CAR ($15): Keith may be 37, but he can still contribute offensively, with five assists through 10 games. That being said, the Hurricanes have a 1.67 GAA, lowest in the NHL. Now, you may be saying, "But Petr Mrazek is hurt." Sure, but Carolina has only given up 23.3 shots on goal per game this year. James Reimer has a .918 save percentage after having a .914 save percentage last year, so he can probably handle that light of a load.
San Jose Sharks
With Montreal set to play two against Ottawa, I tried to find as many Habs as possible to recommend. Unfortunately, most of their scorers are well above 50 percent covered. The best remaining option has to be Drouin, who enters play Thursday with a goal and eight assists. He should prolong that production against the Sens based on a place in the top-six and the first PP, with the second placement notable since Ottawa's penalty killing is also predictably horrible.
New York Islanders
Nick Leddy, Josh Bailey and Barzal scored for the Islanders. They have lost five in a row.

Hockey Face Shield
There is still somewhat of a home-ice advantage despite visitors not having to try to communicate over loud crowds. Players get to sleep in their own beds and home teams still get last line change. For the Islanders, they are used to the no-fan experience following their run to the Eastern Conference Final in the summer. They’re comfortable with it and, according to Cal Clutterbuck, they see it as “a continuation of bubble hockey.”
